January 2009:
Liz wrote a short hello, and gave me her new email address. She wants it "unlisted", but that doesn't mean that she doesn't want to hear from you. Ask me (rdtilden@yahoo.com) and I will provide it... Bob.

Hi Bob,
I got the link to your web site from Jan Corash, who lives near me, and with whom I remain quite close. In case you don't remember, I went to F.A. from seventh through tenth grades, and left to go to public school for the last two years of high school (which worked out quite well, actually). I went on to the University of California at Berkeley and lived there until 1972, when I moved to Boston.
I don't know if you heard, but my brother Andy died suddenly in 1994, leaving his wife and then-six-year-old son. My sister in law and nephew are doing well now, but it was a long road.
As for me, I still live in Boston, am married, and have two almost grown children: Michael is 23 and at Northeastern University Law School, and Rebecca is 19 and a sophomore at Oberlin College. Since 1977 I have been a clinical social worker, doing psychotherapy, now working at a local hospital as well as in a small group practice (www.wmhc.org). I also enjoy doing crafts, photography, kayaking (on smooth waters), speaking French at every opportunity, traveling, reading, and trying to make the world a better place. As the US is about to go to war, my efforts feel rather futile in that regard at the moment.
I'm enclosing a recent picture of me.
I hope you are well.
Liz Zoob
